Mary works with individuals and groups who want more from their career than they are currently achieving or who find themselves unexpectedly out of work.

Having worked both in Ireland and abroad, Mary’s own career has been both interesting and varied from managing people, products and complex technical projects to running her own export business. Following a successful career in both the corporate and SME sectors, Mary transitioned into Career Coaching to fulfil a life-long interest in coaching people to unlock their full potential.

Following her passion, Mary coaches people to identify, plan and achieve their career goals. She works with individuals privately or through their organisation and also facilitates Career Planning Workshops. Integrity, empathy and a genuine interest in people are at the heart of her work.
